隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤45例临床病理分析

摘　　要：对４５例隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤尤其是对其中２０例复发肿瘤进行临床病理分析，认为该瘤系发生于真皮内的低度恶性肿瘤，多见于中年人。可发生在皮肤的任何部位，以躯干部和头颈部多见。组织学特征，原发肿瘤常排列成轮辐状，核分裂像少。复发肿瘤往往易发生粘液变，失去轮状辐排列、核分裂像多、易误诊为粘液型脂肪肉瘤和粘液样型恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。肿瘤切除适当，预后良好。ermatofibrosarcomaprotubramsin45patients,especialy20ofrecurrentoneswerepatho-logicalyanalyzed.Itindicatedthatthisisakindoflowmalignanttumoroccuringintradermal.Thistumormaybefoundinanypartoftheskin,mostlyinthetrunk,headandneck.Thedevel-opmentofthisdiseaseisalmostinmiddle-ages.Thehistologiccharacteristictelsthattheprima-rytumorarrangesaswheelspokestate,lesskaryokinesis;andtherecurrentoneeasilyproducesmucus,andlosesthewheelspokestate,morekaryokinesis,soitiseasilymisdiagnosedasmucusliposarcomaandmucusmalignantfibroushistiocytoma.Theprognosisisgoodifthetumorisre-sectedproperly.
