摘　　要：资本运营已成为市场经济条件下企业快速发展的重要手段和方法,资本运营模式的选择是企业资本运营关键环节。在全面分析各种企业资本运营基本模式及创新的基础上,提出了在各种不同情况下企业资本运营模式选择的策略。Capital operation has become the important means and methods for enterprises to develop rapidly in market economy, and the choice of capital operation modes is the key link. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of various capital operation modes and their innovations, this paper presents the strategies of choosing capital operation modes for enterprises under different circumstances.
