摘　　要：目的目的探讨胎盘免疫调节肽（ＰＩＰ）联合化疗药物对肿瘤细胞的影响。方法胎盘免疫调节肽（ＰＩＰ）联合化疗药物体外与Ｓ１８０、Ｋ５６２细胞接触，观察对肿瘤细胞增殖的影响．并观察对接种Ｓ１８０或ＦＣ瘤细胞小鼠，肿瘤重量和转移结节数．结果ＰＩＰ与化疗药物联合作用明显抑制Ｓ１８０、Ｋ５６２细胞的增殖．体内实验结果显示：环磷酸胺单独使用的抑瘤率和转移率为２３．７％和２０％，与ＰＩＰ联合作用为５８％和６．７％。结论ＰＩＰ与化疗药物有明显的协同作用，对肿瘤细胞有明显抑制效应．Objective To research the synergistic effects ofthe placental immunoregulating polypeptide(PIP) and chemotherapeutic drugs on groan:tll oftumor cellN'Ictllods Tile combillation of PIP andcllelllotllerapelltic drug> affect S 180 and K562 cellill t'itro, tile proliferation of S 180 and K562 cellaflal oh>el.ved.
