摘　　要：阐述了知识经济为高校图书馆开展高层次信息咨询服务带来的机遇,提出了高校图书馆改进信息咨询服务的对策。This paper expounds the chances brought about by the knowledge-based economy to university-library to develop the high-level information consultancy service, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the information_ consultancy service by university library.
