摘　　要：介绍了学习型组织的概念和核心,分析了学校冲突的定义、类型和历程,提出了提升学校冲突管理能力的具体措施。This paper introduces the concepts and cores of the learning-type organization, analyzes on the definitions, types and processes of the school conflicts, and advances some concrete measures for improving the conflict management ability of the school.
