癌相关蛋白在喉癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：本文采用超薄板状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电脉技术，对３６例经病理证实为喉癌的病人以及健康供血员１００人，进行了癌相关蛋白的测定，结果癌相关蛋白阳性率喉癌为７７．８％，健康人为５％，喉癌病人与健康供血员之间存在着显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），而且癌相关蛋白的阳性率与喉肿瘤的分期有关。研究表明：该检测方法对于喉癌的临床诊断有较高的参考价值。The ultrathin lamina polycrylamide gel electrophoresis technique was used to determine cancer associated protein in the serum of 36 patients with laryngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathology and 100 healthy blood donors.The results showed that the positive rate of cancer assoclated protein in patients with laryngeal carcinoma is 77.8%,and 100 health blood donors is 5%.The differences between the patients with laryngeal carcinoma and health blood donors were statistically significant (P<0.01).Activity of the positive rate of cancer associated protein is related to the clinical stage of the laryngeal carcinome. The study showed that this method had higher referent value in the diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma.
