摘　　要：商业贿赂已经成为危害中国市场经济正常运转的毒瘤,引起党中央和国务院的高度重视。商业贿赂有其特有的形成原因及其危害,在目前中国的国情下,应从法律、行政、经济、伦理等诸角度对其进行综合治理。Commerce bribery has the negative effect in market economy development, which has been paid much attention by central government. This paper discusses the conception, characteristics, origin and hazard of commerce Bribery, and sets up the anti-bribery system from the viewpoints of following aspects： law, administration, economy, ethic, etc.
