摘  要:采取在光学基板背面挖减轻孔的方法来实现对干涉式大气垂直探测仪的光学基板进行了轻量化设计。通过有限元分析的方法首先确定最合理的减轻孔个数,然后采用有限元参数优化的方法对减轻孔的长、宽两个设计参数进行了优化,从而获得光学基板的最佳设计方案。轻量化后光学基板的质量减少到了原来的25%,因此光学基板的轻量化设计为今后航天仪器光学基板结构的设计提供了理论依据。A light-weighting design to the optics bench in the atmospheric sounding interferometer has been carried out by digging lightening holes on the back of the optics bench. By using finite element analysis, the optimum number of the lightening holes has been determined. Then, the finite element analysis has been adopted to optimize the length and width of the lightening holes to get the best solution. After the light-weighting design, the mass of the optics' bench declines dramatically to the 25% of the original mass. Therefore, light-weighting design of the optics bench provides sufficient theoretical foundation for the later design of the optics bench in the aerospace instruments.
