摘 要:目的探讨三氧化二砷(As2O3)和人参皂甙Rg3(ginsenoside Rg3)联合运用对人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞黏附侵袭转移能力的影响以及与单独运用的差异。方法采用MTT法观察经As2O3、人参皂甙Rg3单独与联合作用后人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞对基底膜黏附能力的影响;Transwell膜侵袭系统观察As2O3与人参皂甙Rg3单独与联合作用后SMMC-7721细胞游走与穿透基底膜能力的影响。结果As2O3和人参皂甙Rg3单独与联合应用均能显著抑制人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞与Marigel的黏附,抑制细胞游走与穿透基底膜的能力(P<0.05),其联合抑制作用优于单独运用(P<0.05)。结论As2O3和人参皂甙Rg3均有抗肿瘤侵袭转移作用,两者联合可增强抑制效应。Objective To study the difference of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) or ginsenosidc Rg3 alone,as well as their combination application in adhesion and invasion metastasis of SMMC-7721 human liver cancer cell in vitro. Methods MTT was used to study the effect of adhesion treated by As2 03 combined with ginsenoside Rg3 on SMMC- 7721 cell. The Transwell Chamber membrane invasion culture system was used to study the invasion and metastasis. Results The As2O3 or glnsenoside Rg3 alone and their combination application could significantly inhibit SMMC- 7721 cell adhesion with Matrigel, movement and migration through Matrigel than those in the Control group ( P 〈 0.05). Their combination application enhanced the effect compared with As203 or ginsenoside Rg3 alone ( P 〈 0,05). Conclusion As2O3 or ginsesnoside Rg3 alone have the effect of antagonizing hepatocarcinoma cell adhesion and invasion metastasis, their combination application could enhance the effect.
