摘 要:目的探讨丁基苯酞(NBP)对脑缺血沙鼠脑红蛋白(NGB)和线粒体N a+,K+-ATP(m it-N a+,K+-ATP)酶活性的影响。 结果NBP预处理组NGB表达量在缺血1、10、30 m in时较脑缺血组显著增多(P<0.05);两组在缺血1、5、30、60 m in时m it-N a+,K+-ATP酶活性有统计学差异(P<0.05);NBP预处理组m it-N a+,K+-ATP酶活性与NGB表达量呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论NBP可促进脑缺血时NGB的表达,维持m it-N a+,K+-ATP酶活性。[ Objective] To investigate the effects of butylphthalide (NBP)-preconditioning on the expression of neuroglobin (NGB) and the activity of mitochondrium Na^+,K^+-ATPase (mit-Na^+,K^+-ATPase). [.Methods] 66 Mongolian gerbils were randomly divided into 3 groups: group of sham operation, cerebral isehemia and cerebral ischemia after NBP-preconditioning. The gerbils of carotid artery occlusion was used as the research model. The expression of NGB and activity of mit-Na^+,K^+-ATPase were studied using immunohistochemistry and colormetric determination respectively. [Results] The amount of NGB positive cells of the NBP- preconditioning group were higher than those of the cerebral ischemia group at 1, 10, 30 rain after ischemia. The mit-Na^+,K^+-ATPase activity at 1, 5, 80, 60 rain after ischemia was significantly different between the cerebral ischemia group and' the NBP-preconditioning; group. The variations between mit-Na^+,K^+-ATPase activity and the amount of NGB in the NBP-preconditioning group correlated negatively (P〈0. 01). [Conclusion] NBP can promote the expression of NGB and keen the activity of mit-Na^+,K^+-ATPase.
