摘  要:松轻油经碱液预处理后,用SM-250型工业孔板波纹填料塔(D=300mm、h=10.1m)以真空间歇精馏方式进行分离试验。分别得到富含蒎烯、莰烯、苧烯(双戊烯)度对-伞花烃、萜烯醇等组分的馏分.以精馏投料量为基准,α-蒎烯质量分数达80.1%以上的馏分得率为22.3%,其中α-蒎烯质量分数最高达86.1%;α-蒎烯与β-蒎烯总质量分数达61.3%以上、蒎烯和莰烯总质量分数达92.5%以上的馏分得率为31.8%;馏分中蒎烯和莰烯总质量分数最高达99.1%;苧烯(双戊烯)及对-伞花烃总质量分数达64.2%以上的馏分得率为23.1%,其总质量分数最高达76.4%;萜烯醇质量分教最高达49.0%,其馏分得率只有3.1%.精馏过程塔顶压力控制在12~4kPa范围,回漉比控制在1:1~8:1范围,塔釜终温为152℃左右;精馏过程塔釜温度容易控制.After pretreated with alkli the pine-stump light oil was rectified by packed with MeUapak SM -250 industrial column (D=300 mm, h= 10.1 m) under vacuum in batch process to obtain fractions rich in such components as pinenes, camphene, limonene (dipentene) as well as p-cymene, terpenols, respectively. The yield of fractions with a-pinene content over 80. 1 % was 22. 3 % of the pine-stump light oil pretreated and the highest a-pinene content in those fractions was 86.1%. The yield of fractions with a-pinene and β- pinene in total content over 61.3% as well as pinenes and camphene in total content over 92.5 % was 31.8% of that. The highest content of pinenes as well as camphene in fractions was 99.1%. The yield of fractions with limonene (dipentene) as well as p-cymene in total content over 64. 2 % was 23.1 % of that and the highest content was 76.4 %. The fraction with highest terpenols content (49.0 %) counted up to only 3.1 of that. In the process of rectification, the pressure of column top was between 12 kPa and 4 kPa, the reflux ratio was between 1 : 1 and 8 : 1, the end temperature of distillation still was about 152 ℃ and the temperature of distillation still could be easily controlled during rectification.
