摘 要:目的:应用高频超声心动图观察心气虚证模型大鼠心功能的变化,探索心气虚证动物模型非损伤式心功能评价手段。方法:将SD雄性大鼠随机分为4组,分别为正常组、D-半乳糖组(D-gal)、心气虚组、D-半乳糖+心气虚组,采用多次少量放血加大剂量灌服心得安的方法制作心气虚证动物模型,行经胸超声心动图检测。结果:心气虚模型组、D-gal+心气虚组大鼠左室射血分数(EF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)均明显降低(P<0.05),左室收缩功能明显下降。结论:应用超声心动图能准确评价心气虚证模型大鼠心功能的变化。Objective: Applied with echoeardiography to observe the heart function change of heart-Qi deficiency rat. To investigate a non-injury means for the heart fimction evaluation on the animal models of heart-Qi deficiency. Methods: 36 SD rats were divided randomly. The rat models with heart Qi deficiency were established by repeated bloodletting in small amount and large dose propranolol taken orally, and then detected by echocardiography. Results: The ejection fraction and fraction shortening of the rat models were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05), and its left ventricular systolic function was descendants distinctly. Conclusion: Echocardiography can be used accurately to evaluate the heart function change of heart-Qi deficiency rat.
