“劳倦过度、房室不节”肾阳虚模型小鼠免疫功能的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察“劳倦过度、房室不节”诱发的肾阳虚模型小鼠免疫功能的变化。方法:选健康雄性昆明种小白鼠225只,随机分为5组:对照组、劳倦过度组、房室不节组、劳倦过度+房室不节组(模型组)和治疗组各45只。用强迫小鼠游泳方法造成劳倦过度;以Colldege效应诱导雄性小鼠房室不节,建立肾阳虚小鼠模型,用金匮肾气丸作为治疗药物,观察各组胸腺指数、脾指数I、L-2及淋巴细胞转化率等免疫指标的变化。结果:模型组各项指标均较对照组明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组各项指标较模型组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:进一步证实中医肾在免疫调节中具有主导作用。Objective： To observe changes of immune function in mice models of deficiency of kidney-yang induced by overfatigue and sexual overstrain. Methods： 225 healthy male mice were categorized into five groups randomly： control group（45）, overfatigue group（45）, sexual overstrain group（45）, overfatigue plus sexual overstrain group（model group）（45）, therapy group（45）. Overfatigue model could be made by forcing mice to swim and deficiency of kidney-Yang by colldege effect to induce sexual overstrain in male mice. Jingui Shenqi pills could serve as medication. Changes of immune indexes （thymus index, spleen index, IL-2, lymphocyte transformation test） were examined in different groups. Results： Immune indexes in model group were lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05） while they were higher in therapy group （P 〈 0.05）, compared with those in model group. Conclusion： It is furtherproved that kidney places a leading role in the immuno-regulation.
