放射投影法展开复杂钣金形状的方法

摘　　要：在板料的中性层上,用放射投影法对复杂钣金固定梁的形状进行展开尺寸研究。用UG软件,根据展开基点位置的不同确定了4种展开方案,得到固定梁展开的外形轮廓。根据零件和毛坯面积相等的原理,选定了较为合理的毛坯尺寸。The unfold blank of the complex shape is researched by the method of emit - projection based on sheet neutrosphere. Four different schemes are determined by different Unfold base points using UG soft, and the spread outline of the part is got. Finally, a reasonable blank outline is calculated according to the rule of the area equality between the part with its blank.
