摘　　要：对往复式空气压缩机在运转过程中出现的排气量不足、排气温度不正常、排气压力降低、响声异常和过热等常见的故障作了分析,并提出了相应的对策,以延长压缩机的使用寿命和提高其效率,保证机组长周期安全运行,为生产提供保障。The frequent faults such as discharge capacity insufficiency, discharge temperature abnormality, discharge pressure degradation, noise disorder and superheat happen in operation of reciprocating air compressor were analyzed, .the corresponding countermeasures were presented to prolong the service life of compressor and to promote its efficiency, which guarantees long - time cycle safe operation of reciprocating air compressor.
