灯盏花素注射液治疗视网膜震荡伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察灯盏花素注射液治疗视网膜震荡伤的疗效。方法将45例48眼视网膜震荡伤患者随机分为2组,观察组采用灯盏花素注射液100 mg加生理盐水250 mL静滴,对照组采用复方丹参注射液20 mL加生理盐水250 mL静滴,10 d为1个疗程。结果观察组治愈20例,总有效率100%;对照组治愈10例,总有效率80%。2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花素注射液治疗视网膜震荡伤有较好的疗效。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Breviseapine injection on commotion retinae. Method 45 cases （48 eyes） of patients with commotion retinae were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with Breviscapine injection 100 mg ＋ normal saline 250 mL, and the control group with Complex Danshen injection 20 mL ＋ the normal saline 250 mL by intravenous drip. 10 days was a course of treatment. Result There were 20 cured cases in the observation group and the total effective rate was 100%. There were 10 cured cases in the control group and the total effective rate was 80%. Compared with each other, the difference in total effective rate was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Condusion Breviscapine injunction has a good curative effect on commotion retinae
