厚朴酚对小鼠的止泻作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究厚朴酚对实验性小鼠腹泻的治疗作用。方法观察厚朴酚对生大黄小鼠小肠炭末推进的影响及对番泻叶与蓖麻油引起小鼠腹泻模型的止泻作用。结果厚朴酚能明显抑制生大黄导致小鼠小肠炭末推进增快,对番泻叶与蓖麻油引起的小肠腹泻能明显减少湿粪次数。结论厚朴酚具有抑制小鼠小肠推进、对抗药物引起的小鼠腹泻作用。Objective It is to study the treatment function of Magnolol on experimental diarrhea in mice. Methods The effect of Magnolol on the propulsion of carbo medicinalis in small intestine in the mice given Rhubarb was observed. And the anti-diarrhea function on the mice with diarrhea induced by castor oil and Senna Leaf was observed too. Results Magnolol could obviously inhibit the accelerated propulsion of carbo medicinealis induced by Rhubarb in small intestine in the mice. It could also decrease the times of wet dung induced by castor oil and Senna Leaf was observed. Condnsion Magnolol can inhibit the propulsion of small intestine and has a anti-diarrhea effect on hiarrhea induced by drugs in mice.
