摘 要:甜茶多穗柯是我国传统民间草药和保健饮料植物,其嫩叶含有丰富的黄酮根皮苷。本研究用分离纯化的多穗柯根皮苷(STPh),以4个剂量灌喂四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病模型小鼠18d,以非模型和模型小鼠罐喂同量蒸馏水作对照,灌喂消渴丸为阳性对照,然后检测其血糖(BG)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、丙二醛(MDA)水平和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果表明,STPh处理有效地降低了糖尿病模型小鼠的BG、TG、TC和MDA水平,对增加血清SOD、GSH-Px活性也有明显促进作用,其中以70mg/kgbw·d为最佳剂量。这表明STPh对糖尿病防治有明显的积极作用。Sweet tea Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd has been a traditional Chinese herb and been taken as health drink, tender leaves of which are abundant with flavonoid phloridzin. Four groups of diabetic model mice induced by alloxan were fed respectively with 4 doses of phloridzin (STPh) separated and purified from Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd for 18d, a group of non-model mice and a group of model mice fed with the same volume water were taken as the controls, and a group of model mice fed with Xiaokewan (a Chinese medicine for diabete) was taken as the positive control. Then levels of serum glucose, TG, TC, MDA, and SOD and GSH-Px activities were investigated. The results showed that by STPh treatment, levels of serum glucose, TG, TC and MDA were significantly reduced, and SOD and GSH-Px activities were apparently enhanced. Among 4 doses of STPh treatments, 70mg/kg bw ·d was the modest one.
