摘 要:目的:探查广西产土垅大白蚁菌圃中铅、镉、砷和汞等重金属的含量。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法对12批土垅大白蚁菌圃进行铅、镉、砷和汞等元素的测定,其中铅测定采用火焰法,镉采用石墨炉法,砷和汞采用氢化物原子荧光法。结果:铅在0~1.00mg/L、镉在0~5.0μg/L、砷在0~64.0μg/L、汞在0~16.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,12批样品铅含量为6.O~19.1mg/kg,镉为0.11~0.40mg/kg,砷为0.14~0.82mg/kg,汞为0.050-0.520mg/kg。结论:广西不同产地的土垅大白蚁菌圃上述重金属含量较低,临床使用具有一定安全性。Objective:To survey the content of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and the like heavy metals of fungus garden of Macrotermes annadalei in Guangxi. Methods:The content of heavy metals was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry in 12 samples of fungus garden of Macrotermes annadalei , which of that Pb and Cd were respectively determined by the flameatomic absorption spectrometry and the graphite furnace atomizer, and that As and Hg were determined by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Result: The calibration curve was linear when Pb, Cd, As and Hg were in the range of 0-1.00 mg/L, 0-5.0μg/L, 0- 64.0μg/L and 0-16.0 μg/L, respectively. The content of Pb, Cd, As and Hg in 12 samples of fungus garden of Macrotermes annadalei in Guangxi were 6.0-19. 1 mg/kg, 0. 11-0.40 mg/kg, 0. 14-0. 82 mg/ kg,0. 050-0. 520 mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion: The content of heavy metals was low, so that it was safe for human in clinical practice.
