摘  要:目的:探讨神经发生与记忆形成的关系。方法:将经行为学筛选出的27只成年雄性小鼠随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组小鼠再按其训练成绩分为记忆力强组和记忆力弱组,每组小鼠9只。实验组小鼠进行水迷宫训练5d,对照组小鼠不作水迷宫训练,在实验组小鼠训练完成后的24h内,同时检测3组小鼠海马齿状回神经干细胞的增殖情况。结果:记忆力强组小鼠海马齿状回的神经干细胞数目明显多于记忆力弱组(P<0·01),而记忆力弱组与对照组比较,其神经干细胞数目差异无统计学意义(P>0·05)。结论:神经发生可能参与了记忆的形成过程。Objective:To probe the relationship between the neurogenesis and memory. Methods. Adult male mice selected by their acting were randomly divided into water maze training group (WTG) and non-water maze training group (Control), Then the mice of water maze training group were divided into high memory group (HMG) and poor memory group (PMG) according to their performance of the water maze training, with 9 mice in each group. Mice of WTG trained in water maze were trained for 5 days while the control were not. Within 24 hours after the last training, the neurogenesis in dentate gyrus of the mice in the three groups were detected. Result: the number of neural stem cells in dentate gyrus of the mice in HMG was higher than that in PMG( P 〈0.01), but there was no difference between the PMG and the control( P 0.05). Conclusion. The neurogenesis in dentate gyrus perhaps took part in the memory.
