摘　　要：经济持续快速增长和加入WTO为中国木工机械业带来了很好的发展机遇,也迎来了国外同行的巨大挑战。研究世界木工机械发展趋势就显得非常迫切和必要,这对提高中国木工机械产品科技水平、行业创新能力和贸易国际竞争力,促进木工机械产品出口贸易的增长和扩大具有十分重要的作用。为此,阐述了国际木工机械发展概况,分析了德国、意大利、美国和中国台湾地区等世界主要国家和地区的木工机械制造行业状况,探讨了国际典型木工机械的发展水平。The wonderful and favorable development chance and circumstance from the oversea and home for the Chinese woodworking machinery development have been brought by the fabulous continuing and quickening economy increase and entry into WTO, and the Chinese woodworking machinery manufacturing industry must have met the great challenge from the same profession of external, because that the international woodworking machinery in the new century hase changed continually. And they are quite important to lift the science and technology level of production, profession innovation capability and international trade competitive force for Chinese woodworking machinery manufacturing industry in the world, and to accelerate the increase and enlargement of export trade to Chinese woodworking machinery production.Therefore they are very urgent and necessary to comprehend the international woodworking machinery development survey, to analyze the status of woodworking machinery manufacture from the main states or area in the world, such as the U.S., Germany, Italy and so on, and Chinese Taiwan Region, to discuss the development level of the representative woodworking machinery in the world, and to study the development tendency of the international woodworking machinery.
