摘 要:电力系统基波幅值、相位、频率扰动是最基本的电能质量扰动。为快速、准确地检测、分析这些扰动,该文提出一种采用固定采样频率与Haar小波变换的修正相子法。新相子由实小波域的复信号组成,所需的小波变换只须在第1个尺度上进行。相子参数与被分析信号的幅值、相位、频率存在着简单的关系,并且可由被分析信号的3个相邻采样值简单地求得。理论分析与仿真计算表明,该文方法要求的数据窗短,计算简单,可快速、准确地检测、分析电力系统基波幅值、频率、相位的变化及变化幅度,可望在定制电力、继电保护中获得应用。Amplitude deviation, frequency deviation and phase deviation are basic power quality disturbances. To analyze these disturbances quickly and correctly we develoPed a Haar wavelet-hased modified phasor method. Haar wavelet wansform is implemented at one level as the sinusoidal voltage signal is sampled at fixed intervals. Then the new phasor is constructed from a complex signal in real wavelet-domain. Magnitude and argument of the phasor simply relate to three adjacent samples. Amplitude, frequency and phase of the sampled signal simply relate to the phasor. Short data window and light computing burden make the method fast and accurate for detecting, localizing and quantifying disturbances of amplitude, frequency and phase. Simulations demonstrated these Performances. This method may have practical application in customer power and protective relays.
