摘  要:用免疫组织化学方法观察了p16蛋白在肺癌和癌旁正常组织的表达。结果p16蛋白在良、恶性细胞中均有表达,癌旁正常支气管粘膜上皮细胞和浆液腺p16蛋白的阳性率高于癌组织(P<0.01)。肺癌组织p16蛋白在阳性率为66.1%,腺癌高于鳞癌(P<0.01)。在鳞癌和腺癌p16蛋白的阳性率随着分化程度的降低而下降,高分化和低分化腺癌之间p16阳性率的差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期鳞癌p16的阳性率高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期鳞癌(P<0.05)。结果表明,p16蛋白表达缺失与肺癌的发生有关,随着分化程度的降低和肿瘤的进展表达缺失增加。Plasma levels of PRA,AⅡ,ALD,ANP and serum level of EDF were determined in 40 patients with high altitude pulmonary edema(HAPE) by radioimmunoassay and compared with those in 40 patients with high altitude acute response (HAAR) and 40 healthy subjects as controls.All of them arrived recently in Ihasa,a place with an altitude of 3658m.It was found that PRA,AⅡ,ALD,ANP and EDF were significantly higher in patients with HAAR and HAPE than those in the controls.The important role of these bioactive substances in the the development of HAPE was discussed.
