摘  要:提出一种新型精密药物输送泵,采用多压电振子的方式以提高泵的最大输出流量;采用整体开启阀,提高泵的单向截止性;将柔性药囊储药器集成于泵的入口通道,并置于带有两个环形电极的壳体中,实现了结构的轻小化。在制作样机的基础上对压电型精密药物输送泵的输出特性进行了实验测试,得出该输送泵在±36 V矩形波信号下的零压力输出流量可达0.34 mL/min,零流量输出压力可达16.5 kPa,分辨率优于0.25μL。A new type of the precise drug delivery pump was developed. The piezoelectric multi- vibrator mode was adopted to enhance the maximum delivery flow rate of the pump, and the integral opening valves were employed to improve the unidirectivity of the flow. The structure compactness was realized by integrating the flexible drug bag into the entryway of the pump in a shell with two annular electrodes. The output characteristics of the pump prototype was measured and the results show that under an input of rectangular waveform of ±36 V, the free flow rate is 0.34 mL/min, the blocked pressure reaches 16.5 kPa, and the resolution excels 0.25 μL.
