摘  要:本文认为汉语道歉言语行为由道歉必有手段和道歉辅助手段组成,必有手段包括专门道歉词语、承担错误和补救措施三种,辅助手段则有呼唤语、需要道歉的事实陈述和原因解释,文章详细分析了这些话语部分的构成特点及相配组合情况,并对汉语道歉言语行为的语用特点作了概括。The speech act of apology in Chinese is performed through a couple of essential strategies and some optional strategies. The former includes employing the special terms for making an apology, undertaking the responsibility for offence and adopting the remedial measures; while the latter embraces using vocatives, explaining what one apologizes for and defending for oneself. The characteristics of these strategies and their combinations will be analyzed in this paper, which also includes a complete summary of the pragmatic characteristics of making an apology in Chinese.
