淋巴细胞白细胞介素2受体及转铁蛋白受体在慢性肝病患者的表达

摘　　要：为了解慢性肝病患者机体细胞免疫功能状态，本文采用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶桥联酶标染色法分别检测了６０例不同慢性肝病患者外周血淋巴细胞ＴｆＲ及ＩＬ－２Ｒ的表达状况。结果显示，外周血淋巴细胞ＴｆＲ及ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达阳性率分别是４．７±１．２％、５±１．４％（ＣＨ），８．１±１．６％、５．３＋１．２％（Ｃｉｒ），８．１±２．３％、６．２±２％（ＨＣＣ），明显低于正常对照组３４±９％、３６±１１％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。本文结果提示，慢性病毒性肝炎、肝炎后肝硬化及肝癌患者细胞免疫功能低下，这可能是病毒难以清除的原因之一。Abstract In order to study the activation state of T lymphoncytes in patients with chronic liver disrase,we detected the expression of IL-2 receptors (IL-2R) and transferrin receptors (TfR)which were activated markers on lymphocytes, by APAAP staining method. The results were as fellows: The expression of IL-2R and Tfr on lymphocytes were 5±1. 4%, 4. 7±1. 2% (in CAH and CPH group)respectively. They were signifi cantly lower than 36±11%, 34±9% in heath blood control group (P<O. 005). The results suggested that the activation state of T lymphocytes in patients with chronic liver disease might be lower compared to normal control group.
