摘　　要：利用委托代理理论,定量地研究了传统制造型企业合理规模人数的确定问题,并在若干符合实际情况的假定下,具体地给出了确定规模人数的估算公式.With the principal-agent tbeory, this paper study rationally on the reasonable size population of the enterprise of the traditional manufacture; under some hypotheses conforming to reality, provide specifically the formula to estimate the reasonable size population.
