摘 要:采用非线性有限元法对特殊截面形状的橡胶密封圈进行了分析.通过轴对称有限元分析模型,分析了其在矩形沟槽内装配压缩过程中的变形和应力变化,以及应力的分布情况,同时还对承受单侧压力的密封情况进行了研究.对于密封圈的抗扭转特性以及在特殊压力负载情况下的密封特性也进行了模拟并且和普通O形圈进行了对比.结果表明,所采用的方法能够预测特殊形状的密封圈在压缩中的变形和应力等特征参数,加深了对其密封性能的了解,并对同类密封结构设计有一定的指导意义.The response of special cross section rubber seal ring during squeeze and pressurization was studied by non-liner finite element method. A finite element model had been built to approximate the response of an axisymmetric special cross section rubber seal ring in a rectangular joint groove. The deformation and stress distribution during squeeze and pressurization were studied based on the large displacement, incompressible finite element model with two terms Moone-Rivilin in the strain energy function. Meanwhile, the simulated results were compared with those of general O-ring in the same case. The model is proved to be able to predict the characteristic parameters of deformation and stress of special shape seal rings during pressurization. Deeper understanding of the seal performance is obtained, and it is useful for further designing of this type of sealing structure.
