不锈钢烧结焊剂的研制

摘　　要：研制了烧结温度低的焊接不锈钢的烧结焊剂.焊剂渣系为CaF_2-Al_2O_3.采用CaF_2+Al_2O_3>90%的成分配比,其它为MgCO_3,CaCO_3.Cr_2O_3和Na_3AlF_6等.特点是氧化性和气孔敏感性小.配合相应焊丝可以焊接各种不锈钢.A low temperature sintered flux is developed for welding stainless steel. The slag system of the flux is with composition of more than 90%CaF2+A12O3 and additions of MgCO3 ,CaCO3 ,Cr2O3 and Na3AlF6 etc. The main features of the flux are low oxidizability and insusceptibility to porosity forming so that it can be used to weld different stainless steel as matched with suitable electrode wire.
