摘　　要：运用高效液相色谱技术(HPLC)分析心肌组织能量代谢的情况,以腺苷酸(ATP、ADP、AMP)含量的变化判断心肌的缺血程度。方法快速、灵敏、准确,且所需组织样品较小,是动态观察心肌缺血损害时能量代谢变化的理想方法。To analysis the situation of energy metabolism of myocardial tissue with High-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） ,through the changes of contents of ATP,ADP and AMP judge the degree of myocardial ischemia. This kind of method is quick,and the simple is small. It is a good method to observe the changes of energy metabolism in myocardial ischemis.
