摘　　要：农村教育在建设"新农村"过程中将大有所为。这种"有为"应贯穿于高等农业教育、中等农业职业教育、农村中小学基础教育等农村教育的诸环节中。要使农村教育真正"有为",政府必须兑现其经费投资承诺,真正实现农村九年制全免费义务教育,并在资源分配、教师待遇、教育机会上公平地对待农村教育。Rural education can play significant role in the construction of new countryside, and the role can integrate into every step of higher education of agriculture,secondary vocational education of agriculture and basic education in countryside. To exert the significant role of rural education, the government must commit his promise of financial investment on free compulsory education, and treat rural education fairly in resource collocation, teacher treatment and educational opportunity.
