高职文秘专业实践教学模式的改革与构建

摘　　要：高职文秘专业突出技术应用能力的培养,注重实践教学,有助于实现高职教育的培养目标,有利于完善文秘专业教学体系,有利于提高教学质量。文秘专业实践教学体系分为基础、专业、应用3个层次和学前见习、课程实习、岗位实习、毕业实习4个模块,按"分层培养,层层递进,逐步提高"的方式进行。The seeretaire specialty in higher vocational education stand out the cultivation of technique application abilities, pay attention to practice teaching, which can contribute to achieve the cultivation objectives of higher vocational education, contribute to optimize teaching system and contribute to enhance teaching quality. The practice teaching system of seeretaire specialty can divide into three levels and four modules, the former include basis ,specialty and application, and the later include viewing before learning, curriculum practice, post practice and graduate practice, which carry out by the mode of ＂stratifying cultivation, upgrading layer by layer, gradually enhancing＂.
