摘  要:德国有完善的职业教育法律体系和完整的职教管理体系,企业在职业教育中发挥着重要的作用,职业教育理论与实践紧密结合,既重视学生专业能力的训练,更重视关键能力的培养,德国职业教育的科研工作也做得很好,为职业教育教学改革提供了明确的指导思想和办法。借鉴其经验,我国的职教工作者应高度关注校企合作、培养目标、课程体系、课程整合、教学组织方式等问题。Germany have perfect vocational education legislation system and integrated vocational education management system ;enterprise play important role in vocational education;the theory is combined closely with practice ;the teaching pay attention to the training of specialty abilities as well as the cultivation of key competency ; it also do well in research work, which provide clear guiding thought and methods for the reform of teaching of vocational education. Referring its experiences, vocational education workers in China should attach great importance on the problems of oooperation between school and enterprise, cultivation objectives,curriculum system,etc.
