通脉活血灵胶囊对血小板聚集功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察通脉活血灵胶囊对血小板聚集功能的影响。方法将不同浓度的通脉活血灵胶囊提取液分别加入大鼠、豚鼠和家兔含有一定数量血小板的血浆液中,用二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导聚集,用比浊法测定血小板聚集率;将不同剂量的通脉活血灵胶囊提取液给豚鼠灌胃,分别制备含药血小板血浆,加入诱导剂ADP,观察豚鼠口服药物后对血小板聚集功能的影响。结果通脉活血灵胶囊提取液10.0%、5.0%、2.5%对大鼠和家兔,5.0%、2.5%对豚鼠的血小板聚集均有非常明显的抑制作用。大鼠口服通脉活血灵胶囊提取液后制备的含药血浆对诱导剂ADP引起的血小板聚集亦有明显的抑制作用。结论大鼠、豚鼠和家兔血浆的体外和豚鼠体内实验均证明通脉活血灵胶囊具有抑制血小板聚集的功能。Objective To observe the effects of Tongmaihuoxueling capsule （TMHXLC） on plalelet aggregation. Methods Arterial blood samples were respectively from rat, guinea pig and rabbit （normal animals） and from the guinea pig that TMHXLC were administrated for three days, and then the plalelot rich plasmas （PRP） were respectively prepared. After separate addition of different concentrations of TMHXLC to the PRP, the ADP- induced platelet aggregation was respectively measured by turbidimetric method. Results The ADP- induced platelet aggregating action was significantly decreased by different concentrations of TMHXLE, and so did in PRP from TMHXLC treated animals. Conduslon It could be concluded that TMHXLC has anti phteht aggregating action in vivo and in vitro.
