摘  要:目的观察生长激素(GH)对小鼠增生期子宫内膜厚度及VEGF、EGF、IGF-I表达的影响,探讨GH对子宫内膜微环境的影响。方法随机将50只小鼠分成两组。实验组为注射GH组,对照组为注射生理盐水(NS)组。用免疫组化方法检测子宫内膜VEGF、EGF、IGF-I的表达,利用多功能图像分析仪测量子宫内膜厚度。结果两组的子宫内膜厚度比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)(GH组412.86±0.70μm,对照组381.27±0.35μm)。GH组VEGF、EGF、IGF-I的表达呈强阳性,而对照组的表达弱于实验组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论生长激素可以促进小鼠子宫内膜增生,改善子宫内膜的厚度,提高一些相关生长因子的表达,从而改善子宫内膜的微环境。ABSTRACT Objective To study the effect of growth hormone(GH) on the thickness of proliferation endometrium and the expression of VEGF, EGF, IGF - I in mouse, and strategie to increase the rate of clinical pregnancy. Methods 50 mice were divided into two groups randomly, Control group (group NS) which were performed abdomen injection with 0. 9% salt solution and group with GH. The expression of VEGF,EGF,IGF - I in proliferation endometrium of mouse were examined by immunohistochemistry techniques. The thickness of endometrium were determined by computerized multi - functional image analyzer. Results There were significant differences in endometrial thickness among the two groups[ ( GH group (412. 86 ± 0. 70 ) μm, control group ( 381.27 ± 0. 35 ) μm] ( P 〈 0. 05 ). But more stronger expressions of VEGF, EGF, IGF - I were found in GH group than those in control group, the difference among them were significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The treatment of GH can improve the thickness and proliferation of endometrium and increase the expression of some growth factors in mouse, GH may improve the microenvironment of endometrium.
