纤变灵对口腔粘膜下纤维化及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方纤变灵治疗口腔粘膜下纤维化（OSF）的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法将确诊为OSF的66例患者随机分为两组，治疗组34例，对照组32例，分别给予纤变灵和维生素A、E口服，观察两种药物的临床疗效、血液流变学指标的变化。结果纤变灵治疗OSF临床疗效明显优于维生素A、E（p〈0.05）；全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标均有明显改善（p〈0．05或p〈0．01）。结论纤变灵治疗OSF安全有效，并能降低血液粘度、改善微循环。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of XianBianLing（XBL） in treating Oral Submucous Fibrosis（OSF） and its effect onhemorheology. Methods 66 cases with confirmed diagnosis of OSF were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases of experimental group were treated with XBL, and 32 cases of control group were treated with VitaminA（VA） and VitaminE（VE）. The therapeutic functions, changes of hemorheology indexea were observed. Results XBL＇ S Clinical efficacy was superior to that of VA YE（p（O. O1）;Index of hemorheology such as blood and plasma specific viscosity, fibrinogen were significantly improved（p〈0. 05 or p〈0. 01）. Conclusions This date potentiates the reasonable and salty application of XBL in the treatment of OSF, and indicates that XBL significantly decrease blood viscosity and improves microcirculation .
