论综合性医院急诊科如何面对传染病挑战

摘　　要：分析了综合医院急诊科医务人员面临传染病的现状,指出不论现在和将来,急诊科工作人员都面对传染病的首要冲击。总结传染病传播规律的变化及防治“非典”的经验教训,提出从软、硬件方面提高急诊科及其医务人员应对传染病的能力；提高防范意识,改善防护设施,从切断传播途径上努力,最大限度地保证医务人员的安全。The author analysed the status quo that the staff of emergency department of general hospital should face the challenges of contagious diseases. It was obviously that not only at present but also in the future, they would be at the forefront of fighting against various contagious diseases. The authors summarized the spread regulations of contagious diseases and draw a lesson from the course of against SARS, and put forward that we should improve the ability of against contagious diseases both from software and hardware. Through enhancing the preventing senses and facilities, every one can keep safe and health.
