摘 要:目的通过调查护士超时工作现状,以期改善护士工作环境,提高护理工作质量。方法自行设计调查问卷,发放250份,回收245份,回收率98%。调查内容包括:①1W内护士工作时间超过40h调查;②护士超时工作担负具体工作调查;③护士超时工作内心感受调查。结果调查护士245名,其中220名护士存在超时工作现象,占89.80%,平均每周超时9.1h。部分超时工作为非护理劳动,造成护士身心疲惫。结论合理使用护理人力资源,提高护士整体素质,营造良好工作氛围,是减少护士超时工作的有效措施。Objective Investigating the status quo of super - time work in nurses to upgrade the working environment and improve the quality of nursing work. Methods A self- made questionnaire was conducted in 250 nurses, 245 nurses answered it. The investigation included: (1) working time 〉 40 hours in a week; (2)what job in over - time work; (3) psychological sense in over - time work. Results 220 nurses were over - time work (89. 80% ), over - time is 9. 1 hours per week. A part of job are no - nursing work. It made nurse tired. Conclusion Valid methods to decrease over - time work are to seasonably use human resource , improve mixed ability, Create good working environment for nurses.
