摘　　要：本文对知识管理中的研究重点和热点———知识集成的概念、现状和发展趋势进行了综述。由于对知识集成本身的研究时间不长,因此无论是在理论和实践中都缺乏系统性的研究,形成了研究的丛林。本文通过详实的文献,阐述了知识集成的概念,分析了知识集成模型和机理,讨论了知识集成的途径、隐性知识获取等多个关键问题和主要进展。在此基础上,对今后主要的研究方向和重点问题进行了探讨。Knowledge integration is emerging as one of the major research areas in knowledge management in recent years, In this paper, the concept, status and development trend of knowledge integration are summarized. The model and mechanism of knowledge integration are analyzed. The key technologies of knowledge integration such as integration channel and tacit knowledge acquisition are discussed. Finally, some research directions and key issues are described.
