摘　　要：报告1例头皮恶性血管内皮细胞瘤。患者男,74岁。临床表现为头皮暗红色浸润性斑块、结节、瘀斑,伴局部胀痛、出血3个月。组织病理检查显示肿瘤位于真皮层,肿瘤由大小不等的血管腔构成,尚可见血管内皮细胞增生和红细胞外渗,异形细胞多见,瘤细胞核深染,核分裂相偶见。免疫组化结果示CD34、CD31、FⅧ阳性。诊断为恶性血管内皮细胞瘤。行外科扩大性根治手术2周后皮损复发。One case of malignant angioendothelioma is reported. A 74-year-old man presented with multiple dark red infiltrated plaques, nodules and ecchymoses on his scalp with bleeding and painful sensation for 3 months. Histopathology showed that the tumor was located in the dennis. The tumor was composed of blood vessels of different sizes. The hyperplastic endothelial cells of the blood vessels and extravasated red blood cells could be found in the blood vessels. Atypical endothelial cells with hyperchromatic nuclei were observed easily and mitoses were present oceasionaly. Immunohistochemical stains showed that the antibodies to CD31, CD34, and FⅧ were positive. The final diagnosis was malignant angioendothelioma. The tumor relapsed two weeks after extensive surgical excision.
