摘　　要：目的对福建省消除碘缺乏病综合干预项目进行评估，总结综合干预项目的实施效果，探讨项目可持续运行机制。方法采用文献回顾和现场访谈、问卷调查相结合方法。结果福建省以盐田废转和学校健康教育为主导措施，为消除碘缺乏病创造了必要的环境支持。截止2005年9月底，全省累计废转128家盐场，废转盐田面积5736hm^2．占计划应废转6957hm^2的82．45％；碘盐销售量稳步提高，从1999年的11.3万吨上升到2004年的15.4万吨，并保持相对稳定；健康教育成效显著，目标人群预防碘缺乏病核心信息知晓率明显提高，学生由项目开展前的17％提高到96．1％，家庭主妇由项目开展前的14．1％提高到70％；合格碘盐食用率比干预措施实施前有明显提高，12个项目县中已经有8个项目县的碘盐覆盖率达到90％以上。结论创造支持性环境为主导策略的健康促进模式在福建省消除碘缺乏病综合干预项目取得了良好效果，为其他省开展碘缺乏病健康促进提供了成功经验。Objective To evaluate the intervention outcome of comprehensive intervention program in Fujian Provinces. Methods Literature review, questionnaires and field investigating methods were used in this study. Results In Fujian Province, small salt farms were closed and health education was carried out in schools as main strategies to create a necessary environmental back up for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders（IDD）. There were 128 small salt fields up to 5 736 hectares being closed and transformed, which was 82.45% of the total salt fields expected to be closed; iodized salt sale was steadily increased from 113 thousand tons of 1999 to 154 tons of 2004; IDD knowledge rate was increased from 17% before intervention to 96.1% after intervention among students, and from 14.1% before intervention to 70% after intervention in housewives. The rate of qualified iodized salt was higher than before, even reaching 90% in 8 of total 12 programmed counties. Conclusions Health promotion model creating a supportive environment as a main strategy has achieved success in eliminating IDD in Fujian Province, which sets a good example for other province.
