摘　　要：介绍了澳大利亚的教育体制和构建其终生教育的国家资格框架,归纳分析悉尼大学的研究生教育,提出了我国高等教育,特别是研究生教育可以借鉴的几项建议。This paper has introduced the Australian education system and Australian Qualification Framework （AQF） for lifelong education, summed up in detail, graduate education of Sydney University is presented, and put forward suggestions for Chinese high education, especially for graduate education in China based on introduction and analysis mentioned above,.
