摘　　要：市场经济条件下,完善我国的劳动法律制度尤为重要。目前,我国劳动法律制度尚存在一定的缺陷。我国在劳动法律制度的构建过程中应坚持保障人权、保护劳动者合法权益、劳动力资源合理配置等原则。同时,还应从立法、司法、行政等多角度、全方位思考并加以完善,从而建立具有中国特色的劳动法律制度。Market economy is the legal economy. To improve the legal system of the labor is quit importmant for us. Today, we should acknowledge that there are many shortages in our legal system. We should insist the principles that the protection of human rights, the rights of labors so on. We will build the Chinese characteristics labor legal system from the integrated angles of the legislation, the justice and the administration.
