白血病不同病期肺部X线异常分析

摘　　要：笔者对本院１９８４－１９９４年收治的９８例白血病按不同病期分组进行Ｘ线观察。肺部异常发生率随病程延长而升高，化疗前期以局限小斑片影为主，终末期则多见中、大片和两肺弥漫分布斑片彩。文中还讨论了各病期肺内阴影的诊断．指出肺部Ｘ线异常的解释需密切结合临床病期和有关临床资料。Chest radiographs of 98 patients with leukemia admitted to our hospital were reviewed according to various clinical stage. The frequency of pulmonary abnormalities increased along with the prolongation of course. In prechemothelapeutic stage focal opacities were commonly observed and in terminal moderate to advanced extensive consolidations more often. The differential diagnosis of pulmonary densities in various stage are discussed and it is suggested the indentification must be closely combined with the clinicia stage and pertinent clinical data.
