摘 要:目的:检测2型糖尿病并发冠心病(DM-CHD)患者血清芳香酯酶(ArE/PON1)和黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)活性及脂蛋白含量。方法:测定78例2型糖尿病(DM)、80例DM-CHD患者与81例健康人血清ArE/PON1、XO、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)等有关指标,分析上述指标在DM-CHD发病中的意义。结果:与健康组相比,DM与DM-CHD组患者血清ArE/PON1活性降低、XO活性升高;MDA、CAT等水平升高,SOD活性降低;oxLDL水平升高,HDL-C降低,且DM-CHD组的改变较DM组明显。结论:血清ArE/PON1、OX、SOD及脂蛋白的测定可反映DM与DM-CHD患者机体氧化应激与脂代谢紊乱状况,是监测DM并发CHD的有用指标。Aim: To detect the serum arylesterase/paraoxonase (ArE/PON1) , xanthin oxidase (XO), and lipoprotein in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease(DM-CHD). Methods:A total of 78 subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus( DM), 80 patients with DM-CHD and 81 normal controls were subjected in this study. The serum activities of ArE, XO, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase(CAT), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and oxidized low density lipoproteins (oxLDL) were determined. Results: Compared with normal control, the activities of serum ArE/PON1, SOD and that of HDL-C were decreased, and those of XO, MDA, CAT and oxLDL were increased in DM and DM-CHD groups. Conclusion : The activities of serum ArE/PON1, SOD, XO, HDL-C and oxLDL can reflex the conditions of oxidative stress and dysmetabolism in patients with DM and DM-CHD, and can be used as monitoring indexes for the patients with DM complicated CHD.
