摘　　要：现今已经确认的肿瘤/睾丸(CT)抗原有40余种,通常仅在人类生殖系统中表达,也可在多种肿瘤如黑色素瘤、膀胱癌、肺癌和肝癌中表达。这些具有免疫原性的蛋白被认为是肿瘤疫苗的治疗靶标。作者对CT抗原的分类、表达和功能进行综述。Cancer/testis （CT） antigens, of which more than 40 kinds have now been identified, are encoded by genes that are expressed normally in the human germ line, and are also expressed in various tumor types, including melanoma, and carcinomas of the bladder, lung and liver. These immunogenic proteins are being vigorously pursued as targets for therapeutic cancer vaccines. In this paper, the classification, expression and function of CT antigens are reviewed.
