乳腺癌癌肿体积与前哨淋巴结转移其手术前后IL-6动态变化的临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过对52例乳腺癌病人手术前、后血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的动态检测,术后根据癌肿体积大、小及前哨淋巴结转移情况进行分类,探讨IL-6变化与乳腺癌的是否具有相关性。方法作者采用双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)动态检测52例乳腺癌病人及45例乳腺良性病变病人手术前、后的血清IL-6值,术后作者根据瘤体大、小及有、无前哨淋巴结转移分组,逐组按其手术前、后的血清IL-6表达情况进行相关性分析及对比。结果本组乳腺癌病人不论癌肿瘤体体积大、小或术后有、无前哨淋巴结转移其手术前、后所检测的血清IL-6水平表达均高于乳腺良性病变组;瘤体体积大、小与术后病理诊断有、无前哨淋巴结转移等四组,进行相应组间对比结果显示手术前、后血清中IL-6水平表达具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论上述结果分析可见乳腺癌病人血清IL-6检测值表达的动态变化与肿瘤体大、小及是否存在前哨淋巴结转移的发生、发展呈正相关性改变,在乳腺良性病变中血清IL-6检测无意义。Objective Serum IL-6 level in 52 of breast Cancer cases were measured, we study dependability between the change of IL-6 and breast cancer.Methods study the change IL-6 on pre-and post-operative 52 breast cancer patients by ELLSA, patients are grouped by post-operative tumor volume and SLN Metastasis or Non-SLN Metastasis, then we study dependability and contrast group by group. Results Serum IL-6 level of patients with tumor volunme 〉 3 cm and SLN Metastasisexceed obviously Serum IL-6 level of patients with tumor volume 〈 3 crn and Non-SLN Metastasis（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Semrn IL-6 level descend on post-operation, patients grouped by post-operative tumor volume and SLN Metastasis or Non-SLN Metastasis are contrasted（ P 〈 0.05）Conclusion The detennination of serum IL-6 level of breast cancer patientsand tumor volume and occurrence, development, prognosis of SLN Metastasis or Non-SLN Metastasis show positive correlation alteration.
