乳腺癌患者血清可溶性Fas水平变化及其意义

摘　　要：目的检测乳腺癌患者血清可溶性Fas(sFas)水平,探讨手术对血清sFas的影响。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA),检测76例乳腺癌患者及100例正常人血清sFas水平,并比较乳腺癌患者手术前后血清sFas水平。结果血清sFas浓度与临床分期、雌激素受体有关,各期乳腺癌患者血清sFas水平明显高于正常对照组;Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者血清sFas水平明显高于其它各期,Ⅲ期明显高于Ⅱ期,Ⅱ期明显高于Ⅰ期;乳腺癌患者术后血清sFas水平明显低于术前。结论血清sFas水平与乳腺癌的发生发展有关,血清sFas检测可作为乳腺癌病情判断和疗效评价的参考指标之一。Objective To invcstigate the changes of serum soluble Fas （sFas） concentration levels in breast cancer patients before and after operation and to evaluate the clinical significanccs of such changes.Methods ELISA techniguewas adopted to measure sFas contration levels for 100 normal female volunteers as the control group, and for 76 breast cancer patients preoperatively, these 76eases had been taken postoperative measurements also,the preoperativc values of sFas concentration levels wcrc compared with their own postoperative sFas values.Results The sFas levels was related of stages and estrogen receptor ,The sFas concentrationlevels in any clinical stage of breast cancer patients were evidently higher than those of in normal female volunteers,The height of the Concentration level was correlated with the clinical staging status of the breast cancer patient only, the more advanced stage the breast cancer patient was,the higher the sFas concentration level would be, The value of preoperative sFas concentration lcvd was remarkably, dropped after taken radical mastectomy. Conclusion According to our results, we consid-ered that the elevation of female sFas concentration Icvelmay serve asone of the differentiative diagnostic factors for the diagnosis of breast cancer and also to indicate the status of its clinical satage. The postoperative sFas concentration level may probably serve as one of the prognostic factors for evluating the result of treatmen.
