摘　　要：针对WirtgenSP1600水泥混凝土滑模摊铺机不能连续摊铺桥面、履带打滑、后边模推拉钢筋网和振动棒横梁受干扰等问题,对相应的工作装置进行分析,通过技术、方案等研究,对WirtgenSP1600进行了技术改造,并在梅河高速路面5标项目中得到成功的运用。In the construction of Guangdong highway, the slipform paver of SP1600 can＇t adapt to the actual production circumstance, it can＇t continuously pave the concrete surface of bridge, the tracks skiddy, the back mold pull the reinforcing bar and the horizontal beam with vibratory stick suffers interference etc.. Through studying the technique, schemes of working devices, the technology alteration are made and used in No.5 bid of Meihe expressway.
