摘　　要：为探讨新形势下医院继续医学教育工作的发展,在总结当前继续医学教育发展趋势的基础上,分析医院当前继续医学教育的发展现状,总结了医院继续教育的实践经验,并就医院继续教育的开展提出几点体会,对综合性医院的继续医学教育体系构建和完善进行了有益的思考。To investigate the development of continuing medical education in hospital and to summarize, the experience of practice in continuing education in hospital based on the analysis and current situation of continuing medical education in hospital, Lessons from the process of continuing medical education are derived; the construction and improvement of the system of continuing medical education are discussed.
